This highly experiential workshop is aimed for coaches, facilitators, therapists and other helping professionals who wish to bring the body more into their work safely, effectively and creatively.
Our embodiment (defined as our subjective experience of the body as integrated part of the self) is intimately linked to our thinking, feeling, our relations, how we show up ot- and are perceived by others, as well as our outcomes in life. Hence, somatics and body-mind integration is an extremely differenciating field for helping profesionals to develop into.

Using embodied dimensions of posture, breath, muscle tone, orientation of awareness, embodied social connection and movement enables fast, deep and long-lasting embodied transformation in our clients. In and through the body, they learn how to identify their conditioned tendencies, and how to transcend their conditioned tendencies through embodied direction and clarity towards shaping more skilfull ways of being, seeing, acting and relating where they evolve and create fulfillment.

This training offers a solid foundation of generative principles for qualitative and impactful embodied facilitation, as well as key models, practices and tools that you can immediately start applying in your client work to support them to develop more awareness and choice in their life.

The workshop benefits greatly seasoned helping professionals willing to acquire pragmatic techniques to enrich their approaches, as well as movement or bodywork practitioners willing to bring their work more in organisations and the world of work.

This 2-Day workshop is accredited by the International Coach Federation for 13,5 Continuing Coach Education (CCEs), out of which 8,5 are Core Competency CCEs and 5 Resource Development.
